Each year The Explorers Club in New York runs a Polar Film Festival to showcase a diverse collection of feature films, documentaries and shorts about and from the Arctic and the Antarctic. Coordinator Sarah Bouckoms has selected eight of these for a two-hour screening on Wednesday, 25 September. The films explore the history and grandeur of the polar regions as well as the environmental challenges they are facing.
There will be a raffle for sport prizes!
