Please join the New Zealand Antarctic Society – Wellington Branch for the annual event ‘Fresh off the ice’ where we will be hearing about the diverse science undertaken in the Kamb Ice Stream hot water drilling program this past season. Four short talks will discuss drilling operations, sub-ice shelf sedimentology and oceanography, and ice/sediment geophysics carried out by scientists from Victoria University of Wellington, NIWA and GNS Science.
